Our forms collect your name, contact details and the information needed to handle your booking, event enquiry, message or job application. The company field on the contact form and the seating preference on the booking form are optional. You may attach an optional document of up to 4 MB to the contact form. Please do not send sensitive information unrelated to your enquiry.
Use of data and recipients
We use this information to reply, prepare your event, manage your booking or consider your job application. Booking requests, requests for quotes and job applications are processed as steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Other correspondence and abuse prevention are based on our legitimate interest in handling messages and protecting this website.
Enquiries are stored in the private WordPress administration area and emailed to authorised staff. Attachments are available in the administration area and attached to the contact email. PERIFALL provides hosting and maintenance. Your data is not used to automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
Retention and your rights
Information is kept while we process your enquiry and any necessary follow-up. Further retention may be necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a legal right. You may request the deletion of information that is no longer needed, including your job application.
Depending on your situation, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Please contact the restaurant at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Cookies and external services
This website stores your privacy choices in your browser for six months. Features necessary for the operation of the website and administration security are not subject to the options below.
- Analytics: Google analytics tags are blocked until you accept them. If you consent, Google may receive technical and browsing information.
- Maps and external content: Google Maps is loaded only with your consent. Google then receives information including your IP address and may use its own cookies.
- Form protection: Google reCAPTCHA loads only when you click “Enable Google anti-spam check”. It uses technical data to distinguish visitors from bots. If you prefer not to enable it, you can call us on 02 33 81 95 49.
